Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. During peak periods, promotional events or public holidays, dispatch times may be longer.

Where an item is marked as pre-order, backorder, or is temporarily out of stock, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated to you. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the delivery service provider.

While we take reasonable care to ensure your order is delivered promptly, delivery timeframes are outside our control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, industrial action, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@fablittlebag.com.au so we can assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination, order value and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated.
